Pros

The company is a very forward thinking company that is always looking to improve the customer experience as well as the employee experience. I have been employed for 8 years and plan on many more years ahead.

Cons

Any past challenges have been worked through and we have come out better because of it.

Pros

Company very fair and honest to work for. Definitely recommend Pinnacle to anyone. Was employed full time for 7 years, only left to start my own business.

Cons

None. As I was leaving the company, a lot of good changes were being made.

Pros

flexible hours, great atmosphere when working after hours

Cons

People are very jealous of everyone's work, a lot of old people with way too many personal problems with each other, computers are outdated and very slow. Teams are helpful but only if you owe them one afterwards, management is a joke
