Pros

Great atmosphere, everyone works well together to get things done for the most part, big on team work and they actually care about your growth. Great healthcare benefits, paid vacation time, separate PTO for sick/personal days.

Cons

Nothing major, just want management to be a little more organized with being on the same page and honoring commitments.

What stands out the most to me about Pinnacle is, how team oriented we are here. Doesn't matter what department you are in, everyone is willing to extend a hand to who ever needs it.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of any.
