Pros

-Better pay than Encore or Inspire -Great training and advancement opportunities -Good benefits -Better commitment to work-life balance than my past employers -Regional management was responsive to requests for additional support in terms of specialized labor and equipment

Cons

-Unrealistic budget targets to obtain a bonus, at least for the first year of operations. Now that venues are likely fully staffed, trained, and equipped this may not be an issue anymore.
