      Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company is growing quickly, which opens doors for advancement and new challenges. Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration across venues and regions. Innovation is encouraged—there’s space to bring ideas forward and actually see them implemented. Great culture overall; people care about their work and about each other.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, some processes are still being fine-tuned. Pace can be fast, which is exciting but sometimes demanding.
