Pros

Get to work with some smart and dedicated people. The odd night out on the company.

Cons

Well below average pay. Long hours (12-20hr days) for sub-standard pay. Ok benefits. Minimal room to advance. Management quality has deteriorated significantly since starting. Team leader only cared about making themselves look good. Boring and repetitive work. Client interaction was removed while I was working there.
