Pros

-Free coffee - Tissue banking and donor services is an honorable profession

Cons

The comments about 50% turnover are accurate. Poor business decisions have slowed growth and bad management keeps driving away talent. They hire experts in the field then fire them because leadership refuse to change their habits. Bad leaders are more likely to be transferred than fired which simply leads to a new group of unhappy employees.

Broken communication system, rivalry between departments, lack of management or supervisors who manage/supervise. Not easy to grow or get promoted unless you know someone

Provides full time work Monday- Friday

Cons

Very toxic production environment. Management is very micro management styled. Very misogynistic. Doesn’t support growth or well being of employees. Says employees are disposable and doesn’t value your input. Not the proper staffing or equipment. Worked to the absolute bone and with limited support. Not a great place, once they have gotten what they want from you they just throw you away or push you to quit.
