Pros

The actual work is important. The people you work with can be pretty cool sometimes.

Cons

Greedy executives. Poorly managed. Abysmal pay for what we do and the amount of money we produce for the company. Fairly new system of "skill-based pay" doesn't actually live up to its name. Favoritism when it comes to promotions.
