Innovation is speeding up, new products every quarter, feedback loop is alive and well, collaboration and cross-functional interaction is healthy and rewarding. -Zero fiefdoms, egos or silos. Everyone seems here for the same reason: let's build something great and different. We **love** our Pinners.
