      The salary and benefits seemed fair

      Cons

      Racism, discrimination, retaliation, and dishonesty drive the culture. No career advancement. People sit in the same roles for a long time like a sad government job.

      Fired 300 workers with no notice

      good computers they used Macs

      Cons

      The company does not care about its clients they say they do. They will say one thing and then do another. Be ready for anything. They let go 300 people with no warning. The agency sales team was up on our sales goal for the year when let go. So don't think that great work will save you the getting letting go.

      Incredibly smart colleagues, leadership that listens (most of the time), transparent promotion process, amazing remote-friendly policy, a lot of flexibility, a product I believe in

      HR has messed up some payment-related issues like location pay grades, have been a little slow to act on necessary product changes
