Least transparent company

Pros

401k, time off, maternity leave.

Cons

This is not my first role within big tech, but I can wholeheartedly say, Pinterest is the least transparent and worst company to work for. They spew a bunch of garbage about caring about Pinners but could not care less about employees. The new CEO is a detriment to the company -- his ideas are stale by about 8 years. Getting ready for large-scale layoffs similar to Twitter, Meta, and Snap.

Pros

Salary - equity Benefits - healthcare, wellbeing , gym etc Team culture Mental wellbeing Pintentions days off

Cons

For me personally, there weren't enough opportunities to progress in People Operations in EMEA so that was the only reason I left the company. I would love to go back some day when the HR team grows. In terms of cons, there genuinely weren't any to mention here. I loved working there and would recommend Pinterest to anyone.
