      Pros

      Great job, not the worse salary and pretty high bonuses. Have to remember it’s a sales job at the end.

      Cons

      Very bonus dependant. Base salary is pretty low.

      Pinterest has been the best place I've worked at in all my years of sales. Management is competent and coworkers are extremely smart.
