      Great pay in sales roles Flexible in remote work Great perks (wellness benefits etc)

      Cons

      Internal processes unnecessarily complicated and overengineered. Endless admin jobs in day to day takes way more time than it should (in a sales role). Lots of unnecessary creation of labor (approval process for crm data changes, account planning & account transition processes are insanely overly elaborate). Surprising for a relatively small tech company.

      Culture is fantastic Compensation Brilliant Growth- options are there for scaling based on your passion/career preferences

      Cons

      Relatively low headcount, it feels like they could do more hiring on cross functional teams and product.
