      Good pay and benefits, opportunities to travel, flexible working

      Cons

      - There is a fake-nice culture where niceness is only dependent on how much work you can provide for them. - The preference is to work with a lean team leading to overworking and burnout - Not diverse at all - Career progression is almost impossible - Seems like many don’t even understand the product and business strategy is all over the place - Extremely US-centric which makes working outside of the US challenging, although they say non US markets are a priority, it’s not the reality - Stock price has tanked

      Management lacks integrity, saying one thing to employees while acting differently behind the scenes. Frequent 2+ hour meetings only reading your role expectations line by line with no real outcomes. Leadership shows no understanding of technical work but continues to micromanage and make poor and hard-to-justify decisions. Toxic fake-nice culture, pleasing management up, doing actual work down.
