Pros

Good team environment, work is hybrid and use to be work from home, had a good manager who pushed me to better myself.

Cons

Pay is not the greatest, training is very much rushed and your given books while your in training, you’re constantly being given extra work to do on top of making your metrics each week, hard to feel like your doing well.

- culture - salary - purpose to create a better internet - overall product idea - sphere of influence

Cons

- Pinterest still in growing stage which sometimes leads to friction. But all of that is very healthy and is well handled in most of the cases.
