      - salary is pretty good - remote work + flexible policy

      Cons

      - lots of people including managers are still answering slack messages during weekends and day offs - work is somewhat boring with no real challenging things - code base is a big mess, no organisation, poor documentation. - people are not really passionate by what they do. - some teams are really protective of the code that they own and won't let anyone touch it making collaboration really hard.
