      - Great flexibility, specially regarding remote work. - Realistic deadlines - Managers have technical expertise - No micromanagement - Focused on learning and developing skills - AI investment

      Cons

      - Oncall rotation: Starts after three months in the company (Sometimes sooner), and might be frequent depending on team members

      - friendly employees - good WLB (depending on the team)

      Cons

      - topdown decision making - leadership is greedy, shortsighted, and very demanding - messy tech stack, lots of tech debt - incompetent tech and product decisions because of favoritism and incompetent leadership - most PMs are not experience enough. hiring bar is very low. they do prefer talkers than doers - not a lot of career opportunities. managers don't care about giving feedback and growing employees - not a lot of good projects to work on. people in general are not motivated because of bad product vision and poor tech stack - churn rate is very high since new CEO took office
