Entry level employees are engaged and well compensated.
Cons
Contributions result in more responsibility for diluted compensation. HR team is both inexperienced and sloppily malicious. Highest levels of leadership shirk blame on director level employees. Change management, internal comms, accountability don't exist. The "nicest" corner of the internet, until you work there. Then the nicest corner is the one you're crying in.
