- Pay is competitive, if you are hired at the right level - Remote work has become more prevalent since the pandemic (prior there were no real opportunities)

Cons

- Management is most former consultants and investment bankers with not much experience in this space - Career growth is non-existent - Company talks a lot about doing things, but has trouble actually doing things

bad managers, bad career trajectory, no clear product directions, overall bad pay, retain people who don't work or are bullies, culture took a nose dive when acquiring Brigade and going through IPO
