      Pros

      The pay is decent. The actual work isn't bad. They have a great safety culture.

      Cons

      Terrible insurance and getting worse. Anything DuPont sticks there nose in. No room to advance for hard workers, just bum kissers

      Good working environment and atmosphere, good life and work balance, decent total ccompensation package for the location with low living cost.

      Limited within a small area of working contents, Limited career advancement opportunity, lack of motivations, less job security than before.
