      There are good and bad things about working here, just like anywhere

      Pros

      There are a lot of really good people who work for the Company and the benefits are really good.

      Cons

      The IT systems are 20-30 years behind and there isn't investment in needed improvements and resources. It is a good-ole'-boys club with next to no diversity in gender and other areas also at a corporate level in the production department. There are not adequate budget allotments to allow for rewards and recognition to high performing individuals and teams.

      Pros

      Strong history. Good employees - like most places work environment varies by manager. Great long-term mission. Watch for improvement in 2017.

      Cons

      Seeing impact of management decisions. Current DuPont board changes has led to poor morale during time of layoffs, merger uncertainty, leadership uncertainty, etc.
