      Pros

      Salary is nice for the DSM area. People are friendly and you are always provided the tools you need to get the job done. Safety is a priority here.

      Cons

      Times are changing for this company and in the Ag sector. There have been a lot of layoffs from within and there will be more to follow. There are currently no opportunities for career development or advancement from within, which was not always the case. Raises and bonuses have been cut the past few years in order to make up for sales losses in this market. In order to succeed within this company, you must be willing to constantly adapt, learn new tasks and embrace the ever-changing direction of research goals.
