Pros

I worked as part of the summer crew, doing pollinating and stuff. The full time staff that work here are very good at motivating you to do your work. Also, they make sure to teach you what you need to do in order to get the job done, and are happy to help.

Cons

It is hard, hot work, and requires you to be in good shape.

Pros

I have been working at pioneer for many years. The overall ethical treatment and respect is one of the finest in the industry. As with most career occupations the hours can be long, but the rewards in work satisfaction and benefits justifyies the means and the end.

Cons

I really do not have any cons for working with Pioneer

Pros

This is a fast paced, exciting and challenging environment to work in. If you like a challenge, especially in agriculture, I don't think you will find a better company. The company has its priorities in order and is outspending the competition in R&D which sets up a very bright future.

Cons

Not many to speak of. As a publicly held company,Wall Street pulls some strings but that is to be expected.
