      Pros

      Friendly and enjoyable work environment, lots of nice people. Not every group is as described in the Con section.

      Cons

      Research is often done in silos, leading to duplicated efforts or inefficient studies because someone was too insecure to ask others who knew more. On the other hand, the alternative is that that someone takes credit for the help that was actually asked for and received.

      Pros

      Great people, fun work environment, easy to learn tasks, many chances to advance, and a 20¢ pay raise, plus time and a half on weekends, there is water and Gatorade In the "big tops", and every year I worked I had fun and nice supervisors

      Cons

      Working in the corn fields is very hard and long work, work every day of the week, but u get a check every week and it's a good amount as well.
