Pros

The healthcare benefits would be their greatest "pro". Most of the employees are good people but unfortunately they are placed in a position where being too friendly to some (any person management doesn't like) puts them at risk.

Cons

Management is horrible! This company is a part of Morris and Dickson and in my opinion has done nothing but embarrass it's parent company. Jeff Key has employed all of his past coworkers who should never be in management...PERIOD. The turnover rate is HIGH because their hiring practices are extremely dishonest. They hire you for one position and you quickly realize that the description is false. The entire place is run like a call center despite the department you work in. Installers are made to be construction workers. The concept is great if it were led by someone who actually cares about PEOPLE. They fire people simply because management doesn't like them and without any discussion or previous disciplinary issues. Bottom line...this place is a joke. Disregard any positive reviews...management has people go out and write positive reviews to offset all the negative.

Pros

For an end user the software is pretty good. But this isn't a pharmacy so, just ignore that first statement.

Cons

Where to start? Let's start with the topic of micromanagement. Be prepared to have not only your work under a microscope but your entire life as well. And be prepared to be fired just for looking at someone the wrong way. Unless you're attractive. Then you'll be promoted for your looks alone. Most of management has no experience in their respected titles and has no idea what they're doing. So that's cool. Really great to work for a company who is run by people who have no idea what it means to be a leader. Instead, they act as dictators. So if that's your thing, this is the place for you. Also, heard of sexual harassment? Yeah, these guys are pros at it and expect you to tolerate it. It's a boys club and they think they can get away with saying the disgusting things they say to their employees because they're in power. And they will try to silence you if you even threaten to take it to HR. In fact, this goes for any issue that should be taken to HR. It's disturbing. Beware of the sign-on bonus. It's really a retention loan that you have to pay back if you leave within a certain time frame. This is their way of preventing turnover. Instead of treating people with respect and doing right by their employees, they choose to treat them like peasants. The retention loan is a perfect example. Sure you get this money up front but you're being under paid so good luck if you want to leave.

Pros

Good money if travel more that 60 hours a week. At that point it's more than work. It's become a lifestyle change.

Cons

Crap company. I enjoyed some of the people working for the job. What I don't like is the Right to work mentality firing it's employees without telling them what they did wrong. I have three friends in the past who worked for this company. Started out great then went down hill from there. Management is run poorly.
