Pros
The entire team is extremely lovely and tries to follow the core values that were set. Innovative thinking and new improvements are encouraged and the whole tech infrastructure is amazing. A lot if the reviews are transparent so you get a good idea of what you're doing wrong and what you're doing right. It is easy to maintain a good work life balance and there is no micromanagement what so ever.
Cons
Whist I say the engineering team is transparent and it lets you gauge your future in pipedrive, a lot of people were made redundant and they never saw it coming. Quite a few if these people were hired from outside of Europe and had to relocate to Estonia to earn, frankly speaking an average salary. The recession made everything expensive and people were hopeful they would get some benefits and they were welcomed with this news.
