Original leadership had a plan, direction and goals. We saw the turnaround happening.

Cons

Board changed out all the senior leaders and new leadership ran us in the ground and now we’re up for sale again.

Very professional employees and lots to learn but not for long term. They’ll end up leaving sometime.

Cons

Extremely low staffed, poor management, No growth, Very stressful environment, no time to finish your job we have to work extra hours so our whole day is gone, no team support cause everyone is over stressed and high Turnaround.
