      Pros

      I've worked for a few other staffing firms throughout my career, and Piper Companies is by far the best of the best. They give you the tools to succeed, provide endless opportunities, and truly care about their employees. Piper also provides a strong work-life balance which is hard to come by.

      Pros

      Your compensation is directly proportionate to your work performance. Management is attentive, and ready to support. Onboarding process was seamless, and the recruiter was professional and kind.

      Cons

      The highs are very high, and the lows are very low. Classic staffing downsides. Req coverage can be tricky.
