      Certain sub-groups are doing great job and have strong market presence - Health Care (Med Tech only)

      Cons

      No vacation for associates Substantially lower pay compared to street - even compared to middle market Inexperienced VPs and Principals incapable of running transactions

      Senior bankers are good mentors, they take the time to teach Great place to learn Given lots of responsibility and exposure to C-level executives early in your career great people to work with: Smart, experienced. We laugh a lot.

      -Good place to start your career as the company offers support in earning credentials and teaching basics of the business -Generally good work life balance for finance -Friendly people

      Cons

      -Poor leadership; lack of any clear vision or strategy -No opportunity for career development, especially if not at HQ -Below market comp -No longer as reputable as it was a few years ago -Poor interoffice communication -Few resources -Not a team environment
