There is great accessibility to senior leaders at the firm. In addition, they genuinely care about young professionals' career and personal development. I feel challenged and pushed to bring my best each and every day while being provided with the tools to succeed. Overall, I am very grateful for the opportunity to work at Piper Sandler with incredible colleagues. I have felt supported throughout my time at the firm.
