Pros

The residents are amazing and the scenery is beautiful. That's it. As far as pro's go.

Cons

Toxic work environment, lack of ability to advance, management doesn't listen to staff, senior leadership doesn't care about their departments,and overall laziness from long tenured directors + managers who are complacent
