      The other employees that were working there.. Great people!!

      Cons

      The management at this center was absolutely ridiculous.. The higher up that manager that supervisors reported to acted like a cheerleader half the time.. The person did not know what was going on half the time along with other managers.. Managers would be offsite half the time so no way to contact them..

      Great Benefits: price is not too high. Was great for my maternity leave Autonomy: You don't have the managers breathing down your neck all day, unless your sales are really really poor Decent comp plan: They've changed it up a nit, its a little harder now. Mail machines and renewals are you bread and butter sales and they've recently reduced that, but all in all fair comp that should bring in an extra 800-1000 dollars per month.

      Cons

      Gas is expensive and they dont compensate enough for that work alone: it can be lonely pressure for sales: they do get all over you when youre consistently below quota tough when market is slow
