Pros

The company is open to hiring recent grads with little or no experience. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. The client list is impressive. The dress code is informal.

Cons

Training is not standardized and has almost no budget. The management is not open an honest with employees. The salary compensation is bellow the market average.

Pros

- A good rep can make decent money, comp plan isn't bad - Close to the airport so you can watch the pretty planes go by

Cons

- Even senior reps are micromanaged to death. These are better reps than management have or ever will be, if they just show an iota of trust - Basic law of sales doesn't apply... if you hit your forecast you're always safe. I saw the top rep in the country get canned because of a quasi offensive/joking remark in an email.
