Working in Sports Is Fun Sometimes.

Pros

When the team is winning, it's a magical time. New HR group began company-wide parties/events, particularly at lunch time, which were nice. Free game tickets. Pension plan.

Cons

Players make the money, not the people on the front office. As team got better, standard perks decreased, particularly employee ticket types and availability. Sales expectations can be lofty and unattainable. When the team is losing, it's your worst nightmare.
