Pros

Decent pay for the amount of work that is required. If you like interacting with people, this is a great job for you. Also good experience troubleshooting situations on the fly.

Cons

Sometimes the weather is less than ideal, and practice still happens. There are also the fans that just aren't really happy no matter what you do.
