Pros
They cater to employees and customers alike. The shift managers and floor managers are, from my experience, polite, understanding people, who are always willing to hear your opinions and work-related concerns.
Cons
There is not much room for advancement or raises, but that is to be expected with an entry level, part-time sales associate position.
