Flexible work hours, Kind people, Good Environment.

Cons

Workplace politics, How skewed the payscale is between workers (EG the President who makes more than most wealthy tech company CEOs and gets a free farewell tour on the school's dollar and the lowest service workers who caring loyal people), The wide gap between the values of the college and how they treat some workers!

Passionate staff and students who are all incredibly hard workers. Every individual I encounter is on a mission to make a positive impact on the greater community.

Cons

Not enough resources to support staff, which has lead to overworking and ultimately a high turnover rate. Many staff appear to be demoralized and floundering in work; not because of their capability to complete it, but because of the sheer lack of resources and insufficient staff that should be at their disposal.
