No work life balance, no pay increases, no advancement.

Horrible environment. Very political and ego trips among most of the leadership team. All white men "lead" this company at each of their locations. Everyone caters to the owner's every need. He promotes men that stroke his ego but do no real work or add no value to the company. You get 10 days of PTO for the first 5 years you are here. Vacation, sick time, doctor appointments, kid issues that come up - 10 days. That's it. The benefits are slim and expensive. They only match 1.5% for employer 401k contributions. Many want to change the atmosphere but the owner will never change. Very conservative mindset of workers belong in their seats and shouldn't ask for more than their paycheck as a reward.
