Pros

None - working at Pivot will certainly become your biggest mistake.

Cons

Toxic culture where the CEO/Owner has no checks and balances. He butters you up, tells you to take care of yourself, then punishes you for taking care of yourself. In addition is unwillingness to even come close to market value for salaries is an embarrassment.

Pros

Pivot is a pretty laid back place to work. On a whole the work is satisfying, the projects are challenging, and management enables success.

Cons

Due to the economy, the company is pushing the minimum of people to the maximum capacity. Moe tools and less reliance on consultancy labor would build a more stable talent force.
