Poor Experience and Patient Neglect

Pros

None; was lied to about “sign-on” bonus initially upon hire. Saw 15 patients a day, observed elderly neglect and the company does not care about patients wellbeing. Expected 93% productivity in skilled nursing facility. No onboarding, no support from management. Only cared about patient census and keeping beds full. No concern for improving the lives of these patients.

Cons

Company deceitful about sign on bonus. Moved to part time and was told they took my bonus away and then when I decided to part ways very shortly after this- the company took the money back from me that was my bonus.

Pros

Working at Pivot Rehab is a highly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, where teamwork is highly valued. The staff is exceptional, and the benefits offered are comprehensive. I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to work with both short-term and long-term residents. If given the chance to choose again, Pivot Rehab would undoubtedly be my preferred choice.

Cons

Pivot is an amazing company.
