Pros
-It is a job and they do pay you -There is free coffee -Some of the engineers a pretty cool -It used to have a great startup culture but that's gone now
Cons
-They are not really sure what they are doing and that translates to instability. People are frequently fired and the tag line is almost always "wow that was a surprise" -Almost none of the staff are actually happy (with a few amazing people as exceptions) -You will be working in a company who's primary source of income was written by people who made a substantial amount of money for their efforts and then left. The new owners have not had that kind of success with their new products and discontinued their old successful product.
