- Interesting market - Relaxed environment, flexible - Competent developers

Cons

- Toxic management style, no input whatsoever from employees seems to go through into management - Distrust between management and employees, constant politics - Middle management is technically incompetent but fails to defer to technical leads in technical decisions, eventually makes bad decisions - Strategies are questionable, company growth suffers because of this - Internal communication is abysmal - Almost no perks or bonuses, no parking space for employees - Salary lower than market
