Where do I even start?! The CEO, Jalal, is absolutely the problem there. He hires people that are very good at what they do, only to try to crush them. While he may not have specific expertise in an area that they might, he will overrule them to maintain control. And that’s what all his behaviors are: an inability to trust and controlling with an iron fist. You will have no autonomy, and no ability to do your job, so save yourself the frustration of trying to save a ship intent on sinking. Zero people skills, zero customer service skills, and almost glee at hurting his employees.

-You absolutely cannot make any decisions without approval from CEO directly. Often times, you are stuck waiting for any answer at all and this puts tremendous strain on client relationships. -Nothing is communicated throughout the company, including product pricepoints, employee layoffs, comp changes, etc. It's always a guessing game. -Rarely given actionable feedback. Often talked down to. Truly a culture bred in fear. -Some people stick around because they "know too much" and are scared to leave...plus the compensation is good. Everything else is swept under the rug.
