Many smart people in the company Remote work Seems like they are equal opportunity bad actors for all races and sexes.

Cons

Founders don't care about employees careers. All about extracting work. Micromanage everything. Fostered a culture of no decisions being made without going all the way to the top. False claims about salary/bonus/company valuation.

I didn't think I could stay in such a toxic ambience for long. So, for me, the happiest moment was when I resigned and got away.

Cons

The attitude of those at the top was horrible. They assigned the work unequally. Some employees had to work insane hours for a project deadline, while the others in the same project didn't have anything to do. It was ridiculous. I felt terrible for being treated this way. Beware. Don't let it happen to you.
