This company and its leadership have too many problems. There's rampant favoritism in the workplace. Our supervisor favors other employees over others based on friendship and not performance. This also creates toxicity in the workplace and resentment among employees. Also, our leadership here is undeniably incompetent.

PlanMember Financial has a toxic and discouraging work environment due to the horrible culture of the company and its management. Favoritism and bias are very rampant in the workplace, and the managers' favorites are the only ones who are happy to work in this kind of environment. The rest of us feel miserable and awful.
