This company and its leadership have too many problems. There's rampant favoritism in the workplace. Our supervisor favors other employees over others based on friendship and not performance. This also creates toxicity in the workplace and resentment among employees. Also, our leadership here is undeniably incompetent.

The pay was pretty awful here. It was nowhere near the industry standards. Upper management must take the blame for it, as they didn't do a decent job of increasing pay with time. I could have tolerated the bad pay if the workloads were decent. They were not. The workloads were very stressful and exhausting. It was not worth it. The yearly raises were a joke and never met anyone's expectations.
