I would like to address a couple of things you pointed out. PlanSource is a high-growth company and with high-growth comes high expectations; that culture is not for everyone. I am proud of the culture we have built and continue to foster for our team members. We do have certain expectations for employees that start at a higher level within the company, but we are always open and honest about those expectations up front. Our Leadership teams have the tools that they need to make sure everyone has a manageable workload, trained accordingly for their job responsibilities, and leadership teams be available for any questions, or feedback when requested.
