Friendly coworkers, social activities, location.

Cons

Unreasonable work expectations, no respect for personal or "off" time, direct management works by way of scaring employees into working hard, rather then supporting them and rewarding hard work.

Excellent Company with Great Benefits and Culture

Pros

The work in HR benefits so they know what Benefits will work out for their employees. The people all work hard and they are transparent about what they are working on so you never feel like someone is slacking. The leadership appears to have good heads on their shoulders.

Cons

I live outside of SLC so commuting everyday kind of hurts, but they readily allow remote work if anything comes up I need to attend. Salary could be hirer.
