      Good package for college graduate freshers

      Cons

      Dominant arrogant egoistic managers who treat their subordinates as machines and slaves. If you don't listen or accept their nonsense-stupidity, they fire you saying under performance. They hire cheap labour through A3 logics. Late night shifts with no work from home option. If you impress your manager with submissive behaviour, you will get good increments and appreciations.
