I see that this was nearly a year ago and I hope that you have seen the training from our Learning & Development team as well as the implementation of PlanSource University, which was just recently rolled out. If you need anything, or are seeing this, please come and see me in HR. I want to address your concerns if they are still here. 8yThank you for the feedback. Our leaders do genuinely care about all of our employees and furthering their careers. We are proud that many of our employees have been at PlanSource for many years and have advanced themselves in many meaningful ways.
We are always investing in our products year-after-year to make sure we are very completive, along with proactively taking care of our customers.
As for our leadership and management, they consistently strive to act with honesty, fairness, and respect, furthering the company’s vision of unquestioned integrity. As a company, we are open to new ideas as our company is ever-changing and growing at a very fast pace.
