Coming from a large company of over 2,000 people to PlanSource was an adjustment - and a GREAT one! The ability to connect with the Executive Leadership staff is something I would have never been able to have in my prior company unless I was in a specific department. Even with the rapid growth there are still strong employee relationships, and different organizational changes have encouraged interdepartmental cohesion to drive more efficient work processes and client retention. I've been at PlanSource for almost 2 years and the growth has been tremendous. It's great to see changes in our Recruitment process, the HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, and the benefits PlanSource works to develop to provide it's employees a healthy work/life balance. It is the goal of the company to encourage one's development, and in my department I've seen a great emphasis on driving employees to develop their skill set. I've appreciated my management and how my personal career goals have been heard and encouraged.

People here are very open with information and willing to teach others what they need to know to get work done. Management has been flexible with working hours, and many people work from home when they need to or on a regular basis. I received really good training when I first started, and there are initiatives happening to make that experience happen for every employee who starts with the company. Salt Lake office is in a really fun location, and there's no sign of leaving this location in the future, unlike many companies who are moving to the Draper area. A new floor of offices is being renovated right now to deal with the company's growth. I've been to the Orlando office, too, and it's a fun environment with lots of friendly people.
